We simplify the deposit process by accelerating the collection and the deposit of check payments. With direct access to a specified post office box we can collect, process and post mail payments; improving your company’s office efficiency and your cash flow.

Pacific Continental Bank can customize lockbox services to fit any business need. We offer two service packages to accommodate your documentation category: 

Retail Environment - For clients using coupon and check payments.

Wholesale Environment - For clients using full page documentation accompanying payments.

Basic Lockbox Service

• Opening and sorting incoming mail.

• On-line access to images of the deposited items, remittance and non-payment documentation.

• Remittance delivery CD-ROM of all activity.
  
• Daily sweep of collected funds to designated Pacific Continental deposit or loan account.
  
• ACH transfer of funds from Pacific Continental deposit account to another financial institution.
