Statement Options

 eStatement - Similar in format to our hard copy statements, eStatements are available through a secure site, using a unique user ID and password for verification. By electing to receive your statements electronically, you'll have access to your statement as soon as we do.

Statement Plus - On a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, you'll receive your statement information by CD-ROM. This fee-based product not only will not only include images of checks written on your account, but also includes images of all non-electronic items deposited. This self-loading program provides convenience in both storage of information and record retrieval at tax time, and it requires no additional software investment. 

Hard Copy Statement - This "traditional" statement provides very concise detail of your monthly account activity and includes images of every check clearing your account, in numerical order. These images are legal originals for proof of payment. Statements are prepared and mailed within two business days of their cut date.
