In the coming months, we will convert all of our clientsí existing merchant accounts to Vantiv. More details regarding important dates and actions clients need to take will be shared in the coming weeks.

If I have questions, who do I contact?
Prior to your conversion date, if you have questions about your existing merchant set-up, please continue to utilize our Business Resource Group at 877-896-0779. After conversion, Vantiv will provide full service and support to you, including equipment and supplies; at that point, you will no longer reach out to Pacific Continental for service-related questions.
Who do I contact about technical problems that may arise?
Once your account is converted, the Vantiv team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide support by telephone at 866-821-5691. If you need to replace your equipment, Vantiv also provides an expedited shipping process that will allow for minimal downtime.
What will I need to do and when?
In the coming weeks, you will receive a letter from Pacific Continental and Vantiv notifying you that Vantiv will be contacting you soon. Within a few days, you will then receive a Vantiv welcome kit in the mail. Vantivís support team will then contact you by phone and assist you with the conversion process.
Will my fees or rates change?
At this time, Vantiv will match the current rates and fees for Pacific Continental Bank merchant clients.

Does Vantiv supply paper for receipts?
Any merchant client, regardless of volume, can add Vantivís ďpaper programĒ for $5.95/month to receive unlimited paper. To sign up for this service and order paper, you will place your order with Vantivís client support; you will receive a 10-digit pin to provide when you call. The order will typically arrive three to five days after it has been placed.
Does Vantiv offer mobile payment solutions?
Yes, Vantiv offers competitive mobile payment solutions. If you currently use Pacific Continentalís mobile payment product, Vantiv will provide you with instructions for converting to their product during the conversion process.
How do I determine if Iím PCI compliant?
Vantiv has a robust program that includes P2P encryption, breach assist and PCI assist and can help you work through their PCI compliance process.
